IEC Logistics provides an online platform for booking, tracking, and managing couriers and freight across India and globally. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information when booking shipments, and you accept liability for any restricted or prohibited goods sent through our network.

4. Payment and Billing

Users must pay for services according to the rates active at the time of booking. For B2B customers, invoices must be settled according to the agreed credit terms. Failure to do so may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

IEC Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.

6. Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship illegal, hazardous, or dangerous goods using our services. A full list of prohibited items is available upon request.
